Item14705: DBCache and WebLink are broken since the recent upgrade

I recently upgraded my extensions. DBCache and WebLink were upgraded. They both depend on TopicTitle, and they are both throwing errors since the upgrade. I had to disable both extensions for Foswiki to work.

Here are the errors:

"Foswiki detected an internal error - please check your Foswiki logs and webserver logs for more information.

Undefined subroutine &Foswiki::Plugins::WebLinkPlugin::Core::init called"

and

"Foswiki detected an internal error - please check your Foswiki logs and webserver logs for more information.

Undefined subroutine &Foswiki::Plugins::DBCachePlugin::getTopicTitle called"

The Apache error log says the same thing.

Also, the GUI based upgrade script gets stuck with those extensions. After running or re-running the upgrade script for DBCache or WebLink, the script says it has completed, but if I run the upgrade script again without selecting any extensions, it runs the DBCache and/or WebLink (and any other extension upgraded at the same time) upgrade again. I have to reload the page in my browser to clear it.

I'm running Foswiki 2.1.6 on centos/cloudlinux 7, perl 5.24, Apache 2 via fcgid.

I hope this is the right place for this, it seems more like a bug than a question TopicTitle.

Please upgrade WebLinkPlugin to the latest version.
