UpdatesPlugin tracks updates per server. The cookie realm / cookie domain setting allows cookies like the Session cookie to be common across multiple foswiki servers.

Don't honor the cookie realm for extension update tracking. This shows up as an issue when the updates plugin tries to track blog.foswiki.org and foswiki.org, which have different plugins installed.
