The following unit tests fail when run with non-iso-8859-1 {Site}{Charset}

FormattingTests::test_USInHeader - due to makeAnchorName different behaviour under iso-8859-1
RenderFormTests::test_render_for_edit - ditto
TimeTests::test_generateIso - fails because of DST change

How come none of this was merged to Release01x00 branch?

The same unit tests also fails there.

I will checkin the TimeTests.pm from trunk as it passes in Release01x00 branch.

But what about the fixed done in the real code? Should they be merged over or is this related to the latest trunk changes?

Crawford confirmed that the Render.pm fixes belongs to a different Item (the Anchor changes) which should NOT be merged over.
