The renderWikiWordHandler is written to be exclusive - it blocks the handlers from other plugins. This is fine if all topics have TOPICTITLEs, but in an environment where some topics don't then SpacedWikiWordPlugin gets banjaxed. You can work around this by putting SpacedWikiWordPlugin in the plugins order, but that's a bit naff.

If the renderWikiWordHandler is unable to render the wikiword differently, it should allow other plugins in the chain to have a try.
