Item14409: Add checker and wizard to help manage virtual hosts.

Configure could report the names of the configured virtual hosts.

Also a wizard could be used to create a new host rather than requiring shell access.

I have a few more ideas after reviewing a site using VHC, for additions to the Create new vhost dialog. Add input fields for optionally populating the VirtualHost.cfg file

• {WebMasterEmail}
• {PermittedRedirectHostUrls}
• {Register}{EnableNewUserRegistration}
• {Register}{NeedVerification}
• {Register}{NeedApproval}
• {Register}{Approvers}

It's too much for me to try to make this a nested configure. But at minimum a simple textbox per setting would be nice. Any others? Default would be to create the VirtualHost.cfg when the optional template is selected and/or non-blank input fields are provided.

1. If a config template is selected, additional settings will be appended.
2. Any fields with entered data will be appended to the chosen template
3. No editor capabilities. Once file is written, changes need to be made manually.

Another option, copy the template if any into a textarea and present a 2nd dialog to change it before creating the host.
