Item14190: Excel2topics fails completely in Foswiki 2.1.2

This poor plugin has been limping along for awhile. It's most useful function is now kaput. FWIW, here's the output of foswiki's error.log:

Following up on this item, I tried out the modification to /lib/Foswiki/Plugins/ExcelImportExportPlugin/Import.pm described in Item10072 and this seems to have fixed the issue. So I am reclassifying this task as "Duplicate" and will add note to Item10072 confirming the fix.
