  1. Cannot use /bin/configure if plugin enabled
  2. The words "JUMP" and "Search" don't appear in their respective boxes in the page header

This site is running Foswiki version v2.1.2, Release Foswiki-2.1.2, Plugin API version 2.4

Confirmed. I can reproduce the broken bin/configure by manually en-/disabling cfg{Plugins}{PageOptimizerPlugin}{Enabled}.
