The plugin has been updated on github but the fixer never released it to the Extensions web. I will fix the $rev issue and upload it

I have fixed the $rev issue and updated the revision. I did not uprev it. I just uploaded it with the 1.007 revision and 2010 date so now it is in sync. Note that the plugin is placed in distro but it is not a default plugin so that is a mistake
