Item13618: If you put less than in a formfield the rendering of the form fails showing some html

I was testing something else and put random stuff in a text field. I happened to put a < as the first character

And then I see <tr style='vertical-align:top'> displayed in the form.

This is never going to get fixed with the < in the topic title. It shows up on the tasks lists as a blank task.

To recreate the error reported here, add a < at the start of the Title.
