A number of css classes were deprecated by ArthurClemens as part of the CreateBaseSkin effort. They are currently in use, and there does not appear to be any proposal for the deprecations.
These should be reviewed and reverted unless a proper feature proposal is created for the deprecations.

It appears that these deprecations were never completed. The replacement classes do not appear in the templates that I can find. I've reverted them and restored the original definitions.
