When using mod_perl and Apache2::Request is not installed, I'm unable to finish installation of Foswiki because either an error message pops up regarding JSON-RPC failing, or because the menu tabs are repeated infinitely.

Given the chat I had on IRC, it's more beneficial to have Apache2::Request installed than not have it, and it should be documented as a requirement for use.
