Condition: You have a comma separated list in the notify column, and it includes an email template. For example: LASTUSER_APPROVED, jim@example.com, template(EmailOne).

Result: Only template(EmailOne) is sent. If you remove template(EmailOne) from the list, the other two emails are sent as normal. -- RiskReward - 24 Jun 2015
