Item13465: The Subscribe button no longer has button styling.

Pointed out on IRC.

(08:06:21 PM) LorenEvey: Gac410: I noticed the when authenticated in 1.2B there is the opportunity to "Subscribe" to a topic. There is no button. To left is an Edit button and an Attach button. But "Subscribe" is a text link. I suspect that a button was intended.

... and another No Action. This one appears to have been fixed. Subscribe Button now renders correctly.

Yes it has, but you will note it is now broken on 1.1.9. Unfortunately the way the button is rendered is incompatible, and I couldn't find a clean way to make both work.
