The parameter GENPDFADDON_LOGOIMAGE does not work when an URL is provided, only shows $LOGOIMAGE string generating a PDF. The parameter only works when the server local path is specified.

This doesn't work:

   * Set GENPDFADDON_LOGOIMAGE = %PUBURL%/Production/MyLogos/mylogo.png

This one does:

   * Set GENPDFADDON_LOGOIMAGE = /var/www/wiki/pub/Production/MyLogos/mylogo.png
