When deleting a topic (moving it to the Trash web) the user will be redirected to the parent topic if set or to WebHome of the old topic's web. This works fine when no parent topic is set or when the parent topic is set to a fully qualified web.topic name. However it redirects to the wrong place when the topic parent is only set to a single topic. Instead of redirecting to OldWeb.WebHome will it redirect to Main.WebHome.
