Item13223: Lacks "img" folder in plugin pub directory referenced by js.

Plugin didn't work when first installed. JS console reported failure to load image with path /pub/System/CaptchaPlugin/img/[image file name]. Looking at the parent directory, I noticed that there was no "img" directory so I added one. The plugin started working. Perhaps this directory was left out of plugin manifest?

Unrelated to above issue but related to the plugin manifest, I found the file "gd-securityimage-1.7.1.patch" installed in root of foswiki directory after installing CaptchaPlugin. I checked and confirmed it's included in the plugin package but isn't mentioned anywhere in the docs. Is this needed? If not, perhaps we can remove it from manifiest. If so, perhaps we can add not about it in docs.
