Item13055: TopicInteractionPlugin: actions in "More actions" combobox do not respond at the first click

Whenever I try to use one of the actions of the combobox "More actions", it does nothing. A second click in the same action (or any other one) works.

Which browser are you using? Please attach a screenshot of the combobox you are refering to. Try http://demo.michaeldaumconsulting.com. Same problem there?

The problem is there with IE10 and Firefox33. I don't have the problem in http://demo.michaeldaumconsulting.com. The combobox I refered to, is the one that appears whenever an attachment is selected:

It's a javascript issue. Using Firefox 38.0, Ubuntu 15.10, trunk. I get the following error on the "first click". The 2nd click then works.

I have the same problems with the same javascript error message; tested both with Firefox and Chromium.
