Item12988: Upload image with no spaces in filename, times out with 502 error on Windows IIS7

Running Windows SBS2008 with IIS7 and ActiveState Perl.

When you try to attach an image to a Topic, and click "Upload file", the browser does not respond for several minutes. Eventually it comes back with a 502 error. If you then navigate to the original topic, the attachment has been successfully added. Don't encounter same problem when you attach a file with spaces in the filename (file gets renamed and everything goes well).

I've worked on this a bit with TrialTest, we've confirmed that the cgi script hangs. It doesn't loop.

No errors are logged beyond the timeout. See the IRC Logs

I'm not slotting this into 1.2, we need a developer with access to a windows system to recreate and debug this.
