Image plugin and utf8 captions

Resave a topic - destroys utf8 captions.

How to reproduce

• Create a new topic
• enter this text to topic: Nezvyčajné kŕdle šťastných figliarskych ďatľov učia pri kótovanom ústí Váhu mĺkveho koňa Waldemara obžierať väčšie kusy exkluzívnej kôry.
• add image plugin:

%IMAGE{"Sandbox/ImagePluginTest/Westminstpalace.jpg"
type="frame"
caption="caption text"
}%

• Add the above text to the caption

• Save (The caption is OK)
• Press EDIT (WYSIWYG)
• Save again with WYSIWIG ON...
• The caption is destroyed like HERE in a Sandbox
• Without WYSIWYG is the re-save ok (like in this topic)

Foswiki.org isn't set up to deal with utf8 characters, most probably your install isn't either.

Please set your {Site}{CharSet} to utf-8 and try again.
