When moving a topic into a different web, all same-web-links in this topic do not get updated, and thus break, when using WikiWord Syntax.

To reproduce:

  1. visit SomeTopic, which contains a same-web-link to SomeTopicToo.
  2. move this topic to some other web, e.g. Sandbox.Subweb
  3. as you can see, the link to SomeTopicToo is broken
  4. move the topic back to the Sandbox

There is a similar issue, Item11555, which states that the same issue holds for square bracket links...

The bug in Item11555 is a bit different. It's referring to a link created with a slash between the Web and Topic compared to the "dot" that the UI expects.
