Item12685: use jquery means to initiate the editor properly

Also: use a less naf theme for tinymce 3.x

There's a lot of duplicate code in foswiki_tiny.js with jquery.foswiki. e.g. reading preference settings is done separately, adding them twice to the html head. Some bits need to be moved over to jquery.foswiki as they are of general use for as a foswiki-to-js api.

There's more that should be refreactored, i.e. reviewing the tinymce-foswiki javascript code as part of Item12822. Those fixes being checked in here are finished though.
