The VarQUERYPARAMS docs states regarding the $value format string: "Multi-valued parameters will have a "row" for each value." I can not figure out what "row" is suppose to mean in this context and can not seem to get it to render more than one value. If we can't fix this feature or clarify how it works, then I'd recommend simply fixing the documentation to clarify that only the first value is rendered. While this feature would be nice to have, there's other ways to achieve the same result so I don't think it's a huge problem.
