Item12597: Expand/Collapse all in TwistyPlugin behaves as a toggle

I'm using TwistyPlugin to hide/show screenshots and text in a user manual, eg:

http://wiki.cfcl.com/bin/view/Projects/ISLE/Manual/UG_Tab_EM

It appears that the "Expand all" and "Collapse all" buttons simply cause the TWISTYs to toggle state, rather than going to the desired state (if need be) or staying in the current state (if not). So, if the user has opened some items, they may close, but others will open. Not Good.

The original title for this task was "... get confused". The current title is generally correct, but I have also seen cases where TwistyPlugin instances simply fail to react to "Expand all" and "Collapse all".

We found an issue where the buttons were all acting as a toggle. That bug was fixed and will be in 1.1.9. The Expand, and Expand All, and Collapse and Collapse All buttons were all wrong. If you'd like to test, I'll hopefully have a release candidate available in the next couple of weeks, or if you want the alpha build, that should be available in a few days. If that doesn't resolve the problem we'll need help narrowing it down.

It will be posted on FoswikiRelease01x01x09Beta
