I think the issue is in FoswikiCfg.pm. It falls through because the entry didn't fully specify an entry in the configuration. But since this entry is only extending a previously defined entry, it really isn't an error. I wasn't quite sure how to resolve this. Maybe set an inEnhance flag, and then skip the error if it's true?

Setting to urgent to make sure it doesn't slip through the cracks. It's a cosmetic error but will probably trigger questions about how to resolve the error.
