The topic http://foswiki.org/System/ManagingTopics#Reviewing_and_Reverting describes how to revert a topic that doesn't work.

  • It doesn't revert Metadata
  • Cut/Paste esp. in Wysiwyg can be a problem.

It should recommend use of the "More Topic Actions" dialog, and might also want to document the repRev / delRev options for admins dealing with spam that should not be kept in topic history.
