I added some more packages where this is true. Actually currently it was true for every package I installed.

That's a sole debian packaging error, not a fault of the individual plugins as authored on foswiki.org. I removed them from the Component list and made it a simple inline-list here:

thanks björn for the report, I always thought I did do something wrong and chowned resp. chmoded the directories myself after apt-get installing, but of course you're right that this shouldn't be necessary. sven?!
