Item12147: Comment plugin crashes, possibly because topic name started with lower case letter

On Release 1.1.5, I can post comments, however on trunk, the post fails:

ERROR: (400) Invalid REST invocation - Invalid topic parameter IsManagingEmailsShouldBeConfigurable 
   Content-Length: 100 Status: 400 Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1 Set-Cookie: 
   FOSWIKISID=...; path=/; HttpOnly Set-Cookie: FOSWIKISID=...; 
   path=/; HttpOnly  
ERROR: (400) Invalid REST invocation - Invalid topic parameter IsManagingEmailsShouldBeConfigurable 

I seem to be unable to recreate it. Logging the error anyway.

(and it worked for me too, even with the lowercase topic name)

I'll close this as no action, if neither of us could recreate, we can always reopen if there is a recurrence.
