Item12039: "Save and Continue" option breaks if save rejected.

Testing AntiWikiSpamPlugin with Wysiwyg and Nat editors, they exhibit similar behavior.

• Edit a topic
• Enter text that would trigger a spam hit
• Click "Save and Continue"
  • POST /bin/rest/NatEditPlugin/save HTTP/1.1" fails with 500
  • Save "apparently succeeds" - no notification is made to user.
• Remove the spam so that subsequent saves will work
• Click "Save and Continue"
  • POST succeeds with 302
  • Topic is not saved

It appears that once "Save and Continue" has failed, it doesn't save.

To clarify: on trunk right now, Save & Continue is busted, it silently fails to save anything on the 2nd and subsequent save & continues

There've been two issues:

1. strikeone support in NatEdit was broken again for some reason
2. extracting errors from responses like the one by AntiWikiSpamPlugin is still sort of a pain
