In the EditTablePlugin documentation says:

Note: Please do not save this example table! Use Foswiki:Sandbox.EditTablePluginTesting if you want to try out this Plugin

Two problems:
  1. The link points automagically to foswiki.org - and the topic contain only some garbage - instead of pointing to local installation
  2. Here is no EditTablePluginTesting in the local installation
