Item11842: TopicInteractionPlugin enhancement

The TopicInteractionPlugin is one of the best Foswiki plugins, from the point of "standard" users.

One enhancement idea - would be nice having configurable TABS order, something like:

   Set TIPTABORDER = comments, attachments, forms

Skin settings are best customized using a skin overlay along the following lines:

Set the SKIN preference setting to something like josef,natedit,pattern Create a file <foswiki-dir>/templates/metadata.josef.tmpl:
