Item11812: Digest::SHA1 has been deprecated/removed in Debian and Ubuntu

The installation guide (http://foswiki.org/System/InstallationGuide#SystemRequirements) lists Digest::SHA1 as an optional dependency, and the debian package (http://fosiki.com/Foswiki_debian/) has a dependency on the libdigest-sha1-perl package. This package has been removed from Ubuntu 12.04 and is set to be removed from Debian also. The recommendation from Debian and Ubuntu is to migrate to the Digest::SHA module (libdigest-sha-perl). This currently causes the Foswiki .deb package to be uninstallable on Ubuntu 12.04 and will similarly affect Debian in the future.

for the time being with foswiki 1.1.5 on Ubuntu 12.04 I had to use prebuild packages https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libdigest-sha1-perl/+bug/993648/comments/9
