Item11781: Copy attachments between topics

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to "Copy" attachments between topics too instead only to be able to "Move" them, thus maybe even allowing to rename them along the way?

Second thought: all settings made to input fields on the (attach) page should be taken over as parameters to the (move attachment) page so that you can e.g. move a hidden attachment to another topic while at the same time unhide it.

In general the default handling of attachments in Foswiki could/would need some TLC. This really is a PITA for todays users that are used to more modern ways of dealing with attachments (e.g. upload of multiple attachments at once, ...).

And the constraints we have on filenames (e.g. no spaces, ...), are they really still necessary?
