I clicked the button in FormPluginExamples#Rest_call, and it's messed up the page, somewhat permanently. Reloading doesn't fix it. See attached image.

Logging in again seemed to fix it.

FormPluginExamples#SendEmailPlugin_form seems to have the same effect...
