Doesn't seem to work properly on trunk. Can add comment on save and it is saved. Cannot see the comment when viewing History. When going through 'More..' and comparing two versions rdiff shows the META:REVCOMMENT and comment.

Since we use MongoDBPlugin the meta data for META:REVCOMMENT was missing i the database because they were never registered.

I had to modify this fix. Foswiki 2.0 won't recognize any META that uses parameters other than those explicitly in the allow operand. Since RevCommentPlugin appends parameters with the comment index, they can't be processed by allow.
