This also happens when
EditChapterPlugin is used in the same page with
FormPlugin, in version 1.1.5. In the following TML snippet
EditChapterPlugin displays the same error message and does not update the edited chapter.
---++ Form Plugin
%STARTFORM{name="MyForm" action="save" topic="%WEB%.%TOPIC%" onSubmit="return notify(this)" method="post"}%
%FORMELEMENT{ name="Budget" type="text" size="10" title="Budget:" value="%FORMFIELD{"Budget"}%" }%
%FORMELEMENT{name="action" type="submit" buttonlabel="Submit"}%
%ENDFORM%

The "Foswiki has received a suspicious change request from your browser" error is not a problem anymore with Foswiki 1.1.6 and
EditChapter 4.32
There are some issues with the pencil-icon. It is not always shown properly. And EditChapter is using other editor (NatEdit) than rest of the site (TinyMCE).
