  • The "OK" link and bottom bar is duplicated on all of the Oops screens. ArthurClemens identified fix - remove Topicinfo tmpl from oops.pattern01x00.tmpl
  • The web name is "under" the Foswiki logo in the upper left corner of the page
  • The Search and Jump boxes slightly overlay the Edit and Attach buttons.

Fixed the OK link. The other issues are solved by following the instructions for setting the theme.
