• {WorkingDir} checker should not report missing files - they are created and removed in the interval between the directory listing and the file check.
• It would be a good idea to error non-zero size files that remain around as an indication of possible previous failures.
• It should also report old files that are not cleaned up. Caused by killing the active apache workers?
