Indirect references for LOOKELSEWHEREWEBS are not expanded.

Setting LOOKELSEWHEREWEBS = Main appears to work but will fail because the %USERSWEB% is not expanded by the plugin. The URLs for found topics will contain view/USERSWEB/SomeTopic
