installed ToPDFPlugin also from svn.

in the log file from apache:

PHP Notice:  Constant DEBUG_MODE already defined in /srv/www/foswiki/pub/System/ToPDFPlugin/html2pdf/config.inc.php on line 141, referer: https://instsrv1-s1-inf.tivoli.swgdemo.ibm.com/foswiki/bin/view/System/ToPDFPlugin

Looking in pub/System/ToPDFPlugin/html2pdf/config.inc.php you can find a declaration of DEBUG_MODE in line 137 and in line 141.
