While I was improving $or conversion (to $in)

I noticed that the conversion to javascript has a bug (who's symptoms i've seen before)

HoistMongoDBsTests::test_hoistORANDOR shows the problem - its losing the braces, and thus generates very wrong results (and way more than it should)
