Additional enhancements of the skin. Not fully ready yet but opening this task for checkins

Additions:
  • Fix issue with Supersubs (Allows for auto-length menu items)
  • Add Menu Icons to default menu
  • Major refactoring and simplification of CSS
  • Removal of unnecessary files
  • Allow for safer upgrades
  • Add search all webs noted in Support.Question995
