DefaultPreferences (section Creating New Preference Settings) says: "In order to protect your custom preferences from being overwritten when upgrading the DefaultPreferences topic, it is recommended that all custom settings are defined in Main.DefaultPreferences ", which obviously should be "In order to protect your custom preferences from being overwritten when upgrading the DefaultPreferences topic, it is recommended that all custom settings are defined in Main.SitePreferences "
