ExcelImportExportPlugin has no function to define a target Web for creation of topics from excel2topics. This would be a great enhancement.

Since I am not the author of this plugin, please coordinate all further enhancements with the correct author. Unfortunately I am not able to work on this plugin at the moment. Sorry.
