Customising size of edit pane

How do I change the default size of the edit window? I assume this would be done in a template file, such as edit.pattern.tmpl.

I see that you can drag the bottom right hand corner to change teh size of individual endit windows, but I would like to do this globally.

Please advise where the size fo this window is set.

It seems we haven't documented this very well, it's mentioned in your System.DefaultPreferences - you can override the defaults there by reproducing them in Main.SitePreferences, here are some example values, feel free to adjust for your own needs:

   * Set EDITBOXWIDTH = 100
   * set EDITBOXHEIGHT = 120

Note, with recent versions of Foswiki, the javascript controls (lower right corner of edit window) take precedence over the EDITBOX* settings. They will be ignored once the edit box size has been written to the FOSWIKIPREF cookie.
