Unable to load previous revisions of pages

We're seeing an issue in our FosWiki installation where some users are not able to access their previous revisions. When they try, the error comes up as:

Foswiki detected an internal error - please check your Foswiki logs and webserver logs for more information.

Can't call method "param" on an undefined value

Examining logs, we see the errors below. Why might this be failing?
