PatternSkin Still relying on Twiki plugins yielding bad requests from configure?

As part of reverting away from 1.06 I started with a fresh download of 1.05 today.

Then began in Configure, upgrading the pre-installed plugins.

Patternskin yields:

Checking dependency on TWiki::Plugins::TwistyPlugin....
*** PatternSkin depends on perl package TWiki::Plugins::TwistyPlugin >=1.000
which is described as "Required"
But when I tried to find it I got this error:

Can't locate TWiki/Plugins/TwistyPlugin.pm

Bad Request

Bad request (malformed multipart POST)

...

* TwistyPlugin depends on perl package TWiki::Plugins::JQueryPlugin >=0.5
which is described as "Required if using jquery twisties."
But when I tried to find it I got this error:

Can't locate TWiki/Plugins/JQueryPlugin.pm

which is described as "Required if using dojo twisties."
But when I tried to find it I got this error:

this would be a bug in some of the packages.. - Tasks.Item1972

i've fixed and uploaded an updated TwistiePlugin, but i'll bet there's more there.
