File owner updates

I'm trying to manage the documentation aspect of FosWiki.

One issue is that the documents are not maintained. They get written, and then become outdated pretty quickly.

Is there a way that Foswiki could generate a monthly reminder if a document has not been touched, or changed, and mail the reminder to the owner of the document?

Any other suggestions on how to keep the documentation welcome.
