search results in context?

I'm Jeroen, trainee in an engineering company. I've set up a Foswiki in my company (together with a network manager). Now that we use the wiki, I get feedback about the search functionality. Here, I have four questions:

Is it possible to "lock" the 'literal search' option. And why isn't this done already. (When I search for 'telephone number' I want to find a topic with 'telephone numbers' written in as well, of course.)
Is it possible to display the context text of a found search term? (As in Google) So to speed up scanning of the search results?
Is it possible to high light the searched for term in a topic when I click a search result?) Or to make the search string in the page stand out in another way?
The Extension "SearchEngineKinoSearchAddOn" won't install on our Windows-system with Strawberry perl. The following error-message appears:

I don't have a background in programming and most answers to items posted I don't understand. Please keep it in mind when writing an answer.

Question #1: If you don't like the default, change it! (feel the rush?). See the documentation on using preferences for type at System.VarSEARCH.

I believe your question #2 (the one in the subject line) and possibly #3 are answered by TWiki:Support.HowCanIMakeTWikiSearchOutputLookLikeGoogleOutput.

Question #4: haven't used it, can't say. But... in general you should only ask one question at a time. Otherwise it can be hard for your respondents to see what has been answered & what hasn't, and it makes the final topic a better reference to future users. Feel free to open a new question with that question (if it is still an issue), and possibly link to it from here in case someone found this "multi-question" by the route I described.
