(BUG?) AccessDenied on ChecklistPlugin

Just after creating topic/inserting checklist I am able to change status of any position.

However, once I change it for any position and try to change status for another, I receive an 'AccessDenied' error.

It is strange since I am exactly the same user with exactly the same permissions.

I use LDAP to login to Foswiki. Could you tell me if it is a bug or how can I debug how plugin checks permissions, please?

I am also able to delete TestingChecklist and TestingChecklistChecklistItemState topics.
