This question about Using an extension: Answered

invalid rest invocation

Hi!

I'm trying to get PublishPlugin running. I get Fault 404 every time I push "Publish" button at PublishPlugin. The adress is somewebsite/bin/rest/PublishPlugin/publish

I tried with command line: perl -T rest /PublishPlugin/publish web=System format=file The fault message: ERROR: (404) Invalid REST invocation /PublishPlugin/publish does not refer to a known handle

May someone help me out? wink

Is PublishPlugin enabled in the configuration (bin/configure plugins page), Check your System.InstalledPlugins page, are there any errors reported, and does PublishPlugin show up on the list?

Plugin is enabled, and shown in the list. But you lead me to the problem- the access permission for the publish (/pub/publish) directory was wrong. It was not accessible for the PublishPlugin Addon.

Thx a lot big grin
